The People Behind
Every Repair.
A small team that takes its work seriously — and takes care of the people who trust us with their vehicles.
A small team that takes its work seriously — and takes care of the people who trust us with their vehicles.
POCO NAPA AUTOPRO has been part of the Port Coquitlam community for over 20 years. We're a NAPA AUTOPRO certified independent shop — which means we have the backing of one of North America's largest auto parts networks, combined with the personal accountability of a locally owned business.
We're not a chain. We don't have quotas to hit or upsells to push. What we do have is a small team that genuinely cares about doing the job right — and making sure you understand exactly what was done and why. No surprises on your invoice. No work without your approval.
From routine oil changes to complex diagnostics, and from personal vehicles to entire commercial fleets — we treat every car that comes through our doors the same way we'd treat our own.
Every repair backed by the 3-year / 60,000 km Peace of Mind Warranty.
We get your approval before any work begins. Always.
Over 20 years serving Port Coquitlam families and businesses.
Full vehicle inspection reports with photos sent directly to you.
Every person on our team was chosen because they care — about the work, about the customer, and about doing things right.

If you've ever had a great experience at our front desk, chances are you've met Carling. With over a decade of experience as a service advisor, she's the one guiding your visit from start to finish — making sure everything stays organized, on track, and stress-free.
While our technicians take care of the technical work, Carling focuses on helping you understand what your vehicle needs in a way that feels clear and approachable. She has a knack for taking what can feel overwhelming and breaking it down into something simple and easy to follow — no jargon, no guesswork.
When she's not at the shop, you'll find her watching scary movies, reading, spending time with her dog, or working on something creative.

Brandon is the co-owner of POCO NAPA AUTOPRO and still works in the shop every day — you'll usually find him in the bay, not behind a desk. A graduate of the Automotive Service Technician program at BCIT in 2004, he brings over 20 years of hands-on experience to the trade.
Brandon focuses on doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no guesswork, just honest, quality work. His hands-on approach helps set the standard for the entire team and ensures every vehicle is treated with care and attention.
Outside of the shop, Brandon enjoys smoking meats, travelling, and staying connected to the automotive world.

Jason is the co-owner of POCO NAPA AUTOPRO, lead technician, and the one ensuring every repair meets the standard we stand behind. As the technical backbone of the shop, he oversees the quality of work across the board while also managing our commercial fleet accounts — including over 60 Canada Post vehicles across two depots.
His depth of knowledge and attention to detail play a key role in keeping everything running at a high level. Jason takes pride in getting things right the first time, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and long-term reliability.
Outside of the shop, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and playing hockey.

Bobby is our lead apprentice at POCO NAPA AUTOPRO — reliable, driven, and focused on building a strong future in the trade. Working closely alongside Brandon and Jason, he continues to develop his skills in an environment where doing the job right matters more than doing it fast.
Along with growing his knowledge, Bobby has been steadily building out his own toolset — a clear sign of his commitment to the craft. His work ethic and attention to detail reflect the kind of technician he's becoming.
Outside of the shop, Bobby enjoys taekwondo, 3D printing, and gaming.

Alex is the newest member of the POCO NAPA AUTOPRO team, bringing fresh energy and a strong enthusiasm for the trade. Working alongside experienced technicians, he's building his skills in a shop where quality and doing the job right come first.
Alex has quickly shown a willingness to learn, take initiative, and be part of a team that takes pride in its work. He's focused on building a solid foundation that will carry him into a long, successful career in the industry.
Outside of the shop, Alex enjoys working on his Chevy pickup, listening to country music, gaming, and staying active in the gym.
